Gary and I will continue our journey towards adopting two children this time next year as God leads. We are on pause, for now, due to some unexpected
and amazing news.
Gary and I were waiting with anticipation every day to be matched with our children {and were yet to be matched} when we found out we were expecting....TWINS! {Yes, you read correctly-lol} We are now 33 weeks along and are so excited to introduce our baby girls:
Evangeline and Elisabeth {Evie and Ellie for short}
We are looking forward to watching our journey continue to unfold and see where the Lord leads us. Our hearts are still longing to adopt and, Lord willing, in His time, we will add more children into our family through adoption within the
next few years.
Thank you so much to all of you who have supported us thus far in our process! Please know that all monies raised through our fundraisers and to us through donations have been paid to our adoption agency and will be applied to our costs when we are ready to continue our journey. It looks like we'll be heading to China when we begin again, as we will have exceeded the maximum amount of children in our home to be eligible to adopt in Russia.
